Disney has release updated concept art for Fantasyland at Disneyworld. It’s not too different from the previous release, but has a little more detail fleshed out for the new Cinderella and little Mermaid buildings.

This is a great idea because I know I’ve seen something I wanted, but didn’t wnat to carry it around at the time, so I didn’t buy it and then never got back to where it was to pick it up. I’ve long wondered why they didn’t take the opporotunity to add more things to their online store.
Busch Gardens Tampa welcomes a new Baby Rhino to the park. It was born on Nov 11th and has yet to be named.
Disney has unveiled an application for Verizon wireless customers where they can access information about the parks directly from their cell phone, including things like FastPass return times and GPS enabled maps with locations of things in the parks.
The price is set at 9.99 for a 180 day subscription. It’s a cool concept, but it’s a shame they are taking the opporotunity to milk another $10 from their guests
Disney is allowing DVC owners at the new Bay Lake Tower resort watch the fireworks at night from the top of the building. They’ve even piped in the music from the show there so you won’t miss anything by seeing it there.
I haven’t see the rooms in the new building yet, but I still say it’s not the contemporary unless the monorail runs through the building.
