Disney is testing a new centralized location for Fastpasses at the Animal Kingdom.  Instead of having to go all the way to the ride to get a fastpass, you can go to the kiosks outside of It’s a Bug’s Life near the Tree of Life and get passes there.  This should work out pretty good because by the time you walk from there, it’s about time to get on the ride.
